Catholic World Mission and the 10th National Eucharistic Congress

Our Catholic World Mission team is very excited to be attending the 10th National Eucharistic Congress in Indianapolis, Indiana. I know that many of you have circled the dates on your calendar for a while now – July 17 – July 21. The Congress will serve as the final stage of the Eucharistic Revival Initiative of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.

Participating in this Eucharistic Congress is important as we worship Jesus in the Eucharist as one holy Catholic Church.  We will be attending adoration, Mass, and confession during our time at the event while making ourselves available throughout the event in the vendor area. There are many incredible speakers lined up including some of my favorites like Bishop Robert Barron, Sister Miriam James Heidland, Father Mike Schmitz, and Glorida Purvis! The entire speaker lineup is available on the National Eucharistic Congress website.

The Eucharist is a central part of our Catholic faith. Whether you are engaging in Eucharistic Adoration or receiving the Eucharist during communion, you are participating in the presence of Jesus. You’re also following His teachings and giving Him the honor and praise He deserves.

During the National Eucharistic Congress, our team will showcase our Monstrance Program where we deliver Monstrances to Catholic communities around the world.  We are one worldwide Church and we are called to evangelize the Gospel of Jesus to our neighbors.  Catholic World Mission provides you with the opportunity to support Catholics in developing countries with material and spiritual needs.

Monstrances that are scheduled to ship to countries will be at the Congress in our booth for you to see.  Sign up to have your family name sent with the Monstrance.

I encourage you to let me know if you are attending and please stop by our booth!

Be sure to check back here for more updates as we prepare to travel up to Indianapolis. We pray that your trip to the Eucharistic Congress is safe and we hope to see you there!
