Mano Amiga Schools
Education is a powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty. Catholic World Mission partners with Mano Amiga Schools to provide children from low-income families with quality education rooted in faith and moral values. Scholarships funded by your donations open doors for children to achieve their God-given potential. Together, we empower the next generation to transform their lives and contribute to their communities. At Mano Amiga School in Cancun, Mexico, students benefit from resources and support that change their future.
Seminarian Formation
The future of the Church depends on the formation of faithful and compassionate priests. Catholic World Mission focuses on supporting seminarians in missionary orders and poor dioceses worldwide. These future priests will bring the sacraments and Christ’s teachings to areas where priests are scarce. Your contributions help cover the cost of education, formation programs, and living expenses, enabling seminarians to focus on their spiritual and academic growth.
Lay Missionaries
In many regions, especially in South and Latin America, the lack of priests leaves countless communities without access to the sacraments or spiritual guidance. Evangelizadores de Tiempo Completo (ETCs), or Full-Time Lay Missionaries, step in to bridge this gap. These dedicated men and women work tirelessly to spread the Gospel, teach catechism, and build communities of faith in remote villages.
