The St. Joseph Fatherhood Initiative (SJFI) is dedicated to cultivating resilient and virtuous fathers who are strong and devoted to their families.

Our vision is for every Father to be an active leader of his family as well as the be present in the faith journey of each family member. Every man participating in the St. Joseph Fatherhood Initiative will understand his role as:

THE CURRENT SITUATION
Currently, in Cuatro Cienegas 50% (409 men) of fathers are in cohabiting relationships with their partners. Only 301 (37%) men are officially married, while the remaining men are single, divorced, or separated.
The St. Joseph Fatherhood Initiative (SJFI) is committed to reducing the the consequences caused by absent fathers in the home by cultivating resilient and virtuous fathers who are strong and devoted to their families.
The SJFI aims to empower fathers and build a solid foundation for their families.
